MoveFactorX Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how MoveFactorX collects, uses, shares, and stores information when you use MoveFactorX apps and services.

1. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
We may collect information you provide when creating or using an account, including your name, email address, user ID, participant ID, display name, and related profile information.
Participant, assessment, and performance data
We may collect information related to participants, saved assessments, notes, reports, exports, and measurement data generated through supported assessments and connected hardware.
Exports you request
When you choose to generate an export, the app may create PDF or CSV files that include participant details, assessment information, notes, and measurement values. These files are generated at your request and may be shared by you using iOS sharing features.
Subscription and purchase information
We may receive subscription and entitlement status needed to provide paid features. Apple processes payments. We do not receive your full payment card information through the app.
Device, usage, and diagnostic information
We may collect device, usage, analytics, and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, and improve the app.
Permission-related information
The app may request Bluetooth, local network, and related device permissions to connect to supported hardware and companion devices.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- save and sync participant profiles and assessment records;
- connect to supported hardware and companion devices;
- generate reports and exports you request;
- determine subscription eligibility and access level;
- maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve app performance; and
- comply with legal obligations.
3. How Information Is Shared
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including providers that support authentication, storage, analytics, subscription management, and related app operations.
We may also share information:
- when you choose to export or share files from the app;
- with delegates or authorized users connected to a participant profile, where supported by the product workflow; or
- if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Information may be stored locally on your device and in cloud systems used to provide the service. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
5. Your Choices
- manage subscription purchases and cancellations through your App Store account settings;
- delete local app data by removing the app and clearing related device data where applicable;
- edit or delete participant information and notes within the app where those controls are available; and
- limit Bluetooth, local network, or location permissions through iOS Settings, although some features may stop working.
6. Children
MoveFactorX apps and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.
